Dr. Sneh Pandey, MD
Co-founder
Co-founder of Amcare India. His vision is physician-led telemedicine in India that holds the same structured, evidence-based clinical standards he practices as an American-trained internist and obesity medicine physician—without rushing labels or cutting clinical corners.
Dr. Sneh Pandey co-founded Amcare India to bring thoughtful, structured adult care to patients across India—especially where ADHD, focus, metabolic health, and everyday medicine overlap. The company exists so adults can start with licensed physicians who take that complexity seriously.
As co-founder, he shapes Amcare India’s clinical standards and product direction: evaluations that are structured, not rushed; tools used when they add clarity; and telemedicine that still feels like real medicine. Patient-facing visits in India are led by Dr. Swati Pandey and the Amcare India care team.
His clinical background spans complex medical care and obesity medicine. That perspective informs Amcare’s approach when ADHD, appetite, energy, or metabolic risk show up in the same story—systems thinking rather than single-label shortcuts.
Clinical philosophy
Care should be structured, not rushed: clinical interview, validated ADHD measures, and—when indicated—objective cognitive testing as one part of a broader assessment. No outcome is guaranteed; the goal is clarity and a plan that fits the patient’s life.
If medication is on the table, discussions follow safety rules, applicable regulations, and the patient’s history—not trends from social media. If the better next step is therapy, primary care coordination, or further medical workup, that should be said plainly.
